How do I find a product I'm looking for?
There is a search button on the store's homepage. If you are looking for a certain product, type in its name, or as much of it as you can remember, in the search box. The search will pull up all items that match the words you keyed and provide link to their pages.
How do I place an order?
Shopping at ChurchLawTodayStore.com has been designed to be easy! Click on the "Order Now; button next to the item(s) that you want to purchase. The item will then be added to your shopping cart where you are able to select quantity. At this point you can always go back to shopping by clicking the "Keep Shopping" button. Items already selected will remain in your cart until you order.
When you have everything in your shopping cart that you plan to purchase, proceed to checkout by clicking on the "Check Out" button. What is your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your hard good products (such as books, DVDs, CDs, etc), or find that they are somehow defective, please contact customer support at 1-800-222-1840.
REFUNDS: We will gladly accept returned items within sixty (60) days of purchase for a full refund. If you contact the warehouse within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used; however, if it has been 31-60 days your refund will be issued in the form of a check (excludes shipping and handling charges).
HOW TO RETURN ITEMS: For prompt processing please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name, & address, your account #, and the item # of the product(s) you are returning. (You will find the product item # on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return).

I don't have Microsoft Word. Can I still buy your download and use it?
Microsoft has created a program that allows you to open and view Word documents. Word Viewer 2003 allows you to view and print our materials made for Microsoft Word. You cannot edit an open document, save a document, or create a new document. However, if you need to edit our material, Word Viewer 2003 does allow you to copy the document’s contents to your regular word processing program where you can then edit and save it. (Note: some original formatting may not translate over.)

When opening a file that I downloaded, what should I do if I get the message, "Unable to open file"?
The documents are for use in Microsoft Word, versions 1997 and higher. They are not guaranteed to work with other word processing software (such as Microsoft Works).
To try to fix your problem, when downloading, do not choose Run, but choose "Save to Disk." After the download is complete, try opening Microsoft Word. Go to File, then Open on the menu. Browse to the location of the file on your computer. Select the file and click Open.
If you are using Microsoft Word or PowerPoint, 1997 or higher, and you still get the error, the document may have been incomplete or corrupted during the downloading process. Please include the word processing software you are using, the version of that software, and the document name you are having problems with. Send an e-mail to our customer support team.
