If you are not satisfied with your purchase (book, CD or DVD), or if it is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Support at (800) 222-1840.
We will gladly accept returned items within sixty (60) days of purchase for a full refund. If you contact the warehouse within 30 days of the ship date you will receive a full refund to the credit card you used; however, if it has been 31-60 days your refund will be issued in the form of a check (excluding shipping and handling charges).
Please note, downloadable products such as an eBook or PDF, cannot be returned. However, if you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we will gladly provide you with another downloadable product at an equal or lesser value. Please e-mail Customer Support or call toll-free at (877) 247-4787. Some restrictions may apply.
How to Return an Item
For prompt processing, please include a written explanation of why you are returning the product, your name and address, your account number, and the item number of the product you are returning. You will find the product item number on the packing slip. Or feel free to mail back the entire packing slip with your return.
Damaged Good Returns
If you receive a damaged or defective product we sincerely apologize. Please contact Customer Support at (800) 222-1840. Damaged or defective items can be substituted for a product of equal or lesser value, or you can be refunded for the purchase price of the product.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible to pay return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or you received the incorrect product.
